JENNiRADIO Rising Stars Sam&Nate have two upcoming performances you can check out:

Saturday, August 18th at 1pm at Cliff’s
Saturday, August 25th at 2:30pm at Coronado Center (near Sears)

If you’re an aspiring singer, and would like to join Sam&Nate at one of these events, check out the contests they’re offering by going to SamandNateMusic.com. You’ll be submitting a video to their Facebook page, and you can find all the details and link on their web site.

Sam&Nate will also be joined by special guests Flow-Pops and Nicholas Martinez at the Coronado Mall Shop&Rock event on the 25th.

Flow-Pops is a Hip-Hop/Pop group consisting of 3 members – Shawn, AnaLisa and Marie Griffin. They are a father and daughter trio, that have been performing together since 9-year-old twins AnaLisa and Marie were only 4 years old. With the response they received performing at such a young age, they knew they had something special. With Shawn writing music and rapping, along with AnaLisa’s and Marie’s voices, they are definitely rising stars.

I enjoyed talking with Al again, and the opportunity to sit down with him this time. He also put on a GREAT show, so if you get a chance to see him live, DO IT!

We’re highlighting his music on AM 1240 in Albuquerque and JENNiRADIO.com, so listen for that each day this month!

I had so much fun talking to Weird Al again. This time it was even better, because we had time for a sit-down interview. We spoke before his incredible concert at the Kiva Auditorium in Albuquerque, and I got some insight into his busy life. The concert was the most energetic and entertaining I’ve seen!

Come on out to the New Mexico Children’s Fair on Saturday and Sunday, May 5th and 6th, at the Balloon Museum, from 10am to 5pm. Summer is just around the corner, and this event is chock full of things to keep kids from being bored, and some great ways to support organizations that help kids.

There will be all kinds of great activities for kids, from animals to authors, to gymnastics, face painting, crafts, monster truck rides and more. Most things are free with your paid admission to the Balloon Museum. Some are for an extra cost, which goes to children’s charities.

I’ll be there Sunday at noon, hosting the kids and dogs fashion show, which features dogs that are available for adoption. For more information about the event, click here.

Hope to see you there!

Winners will be selected at random before and throughout the show’s run. Final entry deadline is 11:59pm MST on December 19th.
